Leadership Coaching

The purpose of coaching, is not to provide answers but to create the conditions for you to find your own -Julie Starr.

Coaching helps professionals, especially those stepping into leadership roles, develop the mindset, skills, and presence needed to inspire, motivate, and lead teams effectively.

Key Benefits;

  1. Get clearer on your leadership style and learn to trust your own voice, no need to fake it or second-guess yourself.

  2.  With tools like DISC or Myers-Briggs, we’ll explore your strengths, how you show up under pressure, and what helps you thrive.

  3.  Whether it’s giving feedback, managing conflict, or speaking up in high-stakes moments, we’ll help you find your footing.

  4. Learn how to tune into what you’re feeling (and what others might be) so you can build stronger relationships and lead with empathy.

  5. Ditch the imposter syndrome and start seeing challenges as chances to grow, not as signs you’re falling short.

You don’t need to perform to lead powerfully — you just need the space to think, the courage to show up, and the permission to be fully yourself.”

The Process

Coaching with Frankly Speaking isn’t about quick fixes or rigid formulas. It’s a space to pause, reflect, and reconnect with who you are, and who you’re becoming. Here’s how we typically work together ;

1. Discovery Conversation

We begin with a relaxed conversation to get to know each other. You’ll share what’s on your mind, the challenges, transitions, or questions you’re sitting with, and we’ll explore whether coaching feels like the right fit for you.

2. Setting Your Focus

Together, we’ll clarify what you’d like to get from coaching. This could be a specific goal, or simply a desire to feel more confident, clear, or purposeful in your work. We’ll create a shared understanding of what matters to you mos

3. Coaching Sessions (Every 3 - 6 Weeks)

Our sessions are a thinking space, guided by open, curious questions that help you see your situation more clearly. It’s not about advice or performance; it’s about helping you tap into your own insight and clarity. Over time, you may naturally build new skills, but the heart of the work is reflection.

4. Ongoing Reflection and Growth

Between sessions, you’ll likely notice things shifting, in how you think, respond, lead, or communicate. Coaching creates room for this growth to unfold gradually and meaningfully. We’ll revisit your focus as we go and adapt based on what you need.

5. Closure and Looking Ahead

When the time feels right, we’ll take stock of what’s changed, what you’ve learned, what’s now possible, and what you want to carry forward. Many clients leave feeling clearer, more grounded, and better able to trust themselves as they lead, decide, and speak up.
