With over a decade of experience developing talent and supporting leaders, I understand what it’s like to operate under pressure. I’ve been in the room where decisions are made,  and I know how hard it can be to speak up, lead clearly, and stay grounded in fast-moving, high-stakes environments.

 

That’s why I started Frankly Speaking Coaching: to offer practical, no-fluff coaching that helps smart, capable people lead with clarity, confidence, and authenticity, without needing to perform or posture.

I work with mid-career professionals, women in leadership, and neurodivergent thinkers across tech, startups, and beyond. What they have in common is this: they’re ready to step up — but something’s getting in the way.

 

Imposter feelings. Second-guessing. A sense of having to shape-shift just to be taken seriously. Our work together is designed to change that.

This is coaching that makes space for how you actually think and work. It blends mindset and strategy, reflection and action — so you can lead in a way that feels powerful and real.

The Story Behind Frankly Speaking

Frankly Speaking was born from a personal legacy of values instilled by my grandparents. Named in honor of my grandfather, Francis—known to everyone as Frank—this coaching practice embodies the honesty, strength, and authenticity that both of my grandparents exemplified throughout their lives. These values shape every interaction and guide the work I do with my clients.
